fleur a friend.

A tiny piece of art. A handwritten note.

A reminder that connection still matters.

this postcard project is about holding space for love,

softness, and real human connection.

Each set includes one card from me to you, and one for you to send to someone who needs it.

Because sometimes, the right words at the right time can feel like a lifeline.

Art that speaks to the heart — and helps you send something back.

On our wedding day, we set up a vintage phone so our guests could leave us voice messages — little love notes, bits of advice, memories, and reminders of just how deeply we’re held by the people in our life. We kept every message. We listened to them on the hard days. On the quiet ones. On the ones where we needed to be reminded that we’re not doing life alone.

Those voices — full of love, laughter, and sometimes tears — became something sacred.
Something to hold onto.
Something to return to.

That feeling never left me. And it’s what inspired this project, “Fleur a Friend”

Greeting card featuring a colorful watercolor floral design with green, blue, yellow, and red abstract flowers and leaves, accompanied by a white envelope.

Phone a Friend is my way of bringing that same spirit into my artwork — and into your hands.

Each original art postcard in this series is a small offering of connection. A way to say the thing. To feel seen. To send love and light across the distance. Every card comes with two parts:

  • One to keep, one to send — a handwritten note full of softness, truth, or hope. A little visual message to remind you that you’re not alone in this world. That healing is happening. That you matter.

  • One for you to send forward — to someone in your life who might need a reminder of the same.

Because sometimes we forget to say the words.
And sometimes, we don’t know how to ask for them.
But we all know what it feels like to be thought of, even when we didn’t expect it.
That kind of connection? It changes everything.

These cards are for the in-between moments. The ones that aren’t shared on social media. The ones where you’re rebuilding, remembering, softening, trying. I hope they feel like a quiet phone call from someone who sees you and wants you to keep going.
